Being a part of Elemental Serenity is the community I have been looking for.  I met both founders about 5 years ago and they opened my body and home to the benefits of essential oils and educated me on holistic medicine. 

I started making my own hair and facial serums which was the only treatment that worked to clear up hormonal acne and hydrate my hair. As a person who suffers from an irregular sleep pattern,  a combination of oils diffused and applied topically have helped change my sleep pattern, allowing me to fall asleep and be ready for my next day not drained!

Starting this essential oil journey has inspired me to have a better diet, to be more conscious of what I’m putting in my body.  As well as, how I am affecting the planet and the changes I need to make to make less of a footprint. I use my oils in things I cook, as my laundry detergent, as perfumes, deodorizers, and most importantly, to help with my moods. My next challenge is to tap into my cleaning supplies. That being said, Elemental Serenity is a judge-free zone, allowing you to take this lifestyle change at your own pace and back you up with any questions.  I have received so much support, knowledge, and love from these women that it has not only allowed me to grow as an individual but feel a part of something. A part of something that screams change. A change we need.

Working with Anna & Maggie through Elemental Serenity has been a true blessing in my life. While meeting at a friends party and discussing common interests, I decided to attend a class of theirs to support the yoga community in Chicago. Little did I know this would lead to lasting friendships, wellness inspirations and an interest in essential oils that have truly changed my life for the better. Their yoga classes are thoughtfully sequenced while they utilize arts, live music and various oils to promote a deeper practice. Women supporting humans and healers alike, and always willing to lend an ear as well as learn from each other. I have been so fortunate to cross paths with these two!
