Last year we had the most amazing retreat experien

Last year we had the most amazing retreat experience with the Wild Woman Wonder Retreat…we had 22 women join us in Dominical @danyasa_yoga_retreat

I was in awe at how many of these women were embarking on this adventure with us.

So for our 2nd upcoming retreat in Nicaragua we based everything off the success of our first one & we made some mistakes along the way no doubt.

We had every intention to bring @lilygracequirk on board again to teach yoga, silks and to cohost our Wild woman container…she is my roomate, business partner and first friend ever in SLO…

It saddens to share that we cant bring her with us this year. @the.rooted.yogi and I are accepting of the ebbs and flow of business.

sometimes its not always goin to be 🌈 rainbows and butterflies 🦋

Its been an even stranger year and difficult to navigate as a start up

I never knew starting a business could be so emotionalLy intense❣️

@lilygracequirk we love you so much and we are excited to grow from this experience so they we can continue to create experiences. I know we have so much to offer and it’s just the beginning.

Stepping into the fullness of who I am started at a retreat I attended 5 years ago in Costa Rica. My mission was to understand myself more fully✨

I went searching for something within myself that I couldn’t tap into while I worked & went to school in Chicago.

It felt like was swimming upstream. I knew I needed NATURE.

I knew I needed to take myself out of my own comfort zone & go into a space that allowed me to be me.

Even then i was awkward, I felt like a small fish in a big ocean of high vibing folks who were living their dreams.

I felt insecure, lonely, ashamed of my body. But in this retreat community space, I was seen, heard and accepted more than ive ever felt in my life. Thanks @brybrythefox for NuSeed

The conception of “Unleash Your Wild Woman Wonder” was in the jungles of Costa Rica✨🌹☀️

I desired to re create an experience that changed the trajectory of my life.

We are a couple weeks away from heading to @costa_dulce to embark on our second “Wild Woman Wonder Eco Retreat”

We have spaces left for those ladies ready to embark on a journey to self love, movement, meditation & sisterhood.

If you asked me when I was 17, what would I be doing with me life? 🧐I would have told you that I wanted to be a Spanish teacher.

What I didn’t know when I was 17 was how programmed I was by society & those around me!! I didn’t know how to listen to my intuition & my body🌙

I followed what the “cool” crew was doing and even then, they treated me like shit….yea you know who you are if your reading this…

School didn’t teach me what I needed for my spirit to thrive. I wish I was taught differently. I wish they taught us how to love ourselves, listen to ourselves & take care of our mental health.

I didn’t have that until I started dancing, flowing, meditating & truly deciding to heal my traumas through all these modalities 🥸

My dad is hearing impaired 👂Growing up he was fascinated that I could hear well…honestly that was the norm for everyone around him but I feel like he knew I had a connection to sound & vibrations

I’d hop in the back of the car and yell “MUSIC” kick the back of his seat & he’d turn up the radio to WNUA 95.5 SMOOTH Jazz. HE LOVED JAZZ because He couldn’t pick up voices in songs so he enjoyed instrumental 🎧🎵🎻

Growing up I listened to pure instruments, I had a liking to percussion & violins. Today I embody all sounds.

I enjoy playing my Idiopan tongue drum from @zimbadayo along with my frame drum. I’m grateful to be able to share these vibrations with you all 😉🥁🐝🌱🌹
